There wasn’t a Phantom in sight at the grand opening of midtown's newest event space Opera. This tony fete was held in support of Childkind, an organization that helps Georgia's medically fragile children. Co-Chairs Wanda McGaha and Wendy Babchin welcomed partygoers into the swank, new space (formerly 1150) that had all the accoutrements of a real opera house. Complete with private opera boxes, antique chandeliers and outdoor cabanas. We're confident that the music of the night will be going full blast at Opera for many years to come.
